What is Shop Dauntless?

SHOP DAUNTLESS (Dauntless) is a Black woman-owned, Toronto-based online store that curates fashion-forward sunglasses and accessories for bold and expressive style-lovers. 

Orders and Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

We currently offer shipping within Canada and to the United States.

Local pickup is available in Oshawa. To place an order for local pickup, please email us at INFO@SHOPDAUNTLESS.COM before placing your order.

Local Orders

  • Ontario residents can enjoy a flat rate shipping fee of $8.
  • Rates for orders outside of Ontario will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
  • All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post.
  • Free shipping is available on all domestic orders over $60 CAD.

U.S Orders

  • Rates for U.S. orders will be calculated at checkout, and shipments are made via USPS.
  • Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $65 CAD.

Which countries do you ship to?

At this time we only ship domestically within Canada and to the U.S. Free domestic shipping is available on orders $60 CAD+ and on U.S orders $65 CAD+ 

$8 flat rate shipping is available to all Ontario residents. Shipping rates for the rest of Canada & the U.S will be calculated based on destination. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Delivery within Canada takes about 4-10 business days. 
  • U.S. orders takes 5-15 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your payment is finalized and order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with all your tracking information.

Where is my order?

If the estimated delivery period has passed and you have yet to receive your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@shopdauntless.com and we will look into it. 

Do I have to pay duties/taxes?

If you are a U.S. customer, there's a very low chance that you may have to pay additional fees on your order. In any case that you might, Shop Dauntless is not responsible for any duties or taxes added to your order in the destination country, as this is the responsibility of you the buyer.

Return Policy

What's your return policy?

If your purchase was not what you expected or you received a damaged item, we're more than happy to provide you with a different product or refund if applicable. Just shoot us an email at info@shopdauntless.com with your name and order # and we'll get it sorted out for you.

Please note that you have up to 14 days after you received your order to submit a refund request.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed you will not be able to make any changes or cancellation. However, if you realized you made an error with your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will try our best to resolve the issue. 

When can I expect my refund?

Once you submit your refund request and it has been accepted, please allow 5-15 business days for your refund to be available on your payment method used to purchase the item(s).
